Who can participate?

Any person 18 years of age or older who is interested in making a commitment to make positive changes to improve their healthy way of living.
Participant must be in good health to particpate, Seek approval from your physician if you are currently being treated by your doctor.  

WHERE?
All Support Meetings and Fitness classes held virtually via Facebook Group and/or Zoom Meetings. 

WHEN?
Starts February 1st. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Complete the Online Registration form and payment before the first day of the program.

  • (3) weekly live virtual fitness classes.  Recorded for those who cannot attend live or want to repeat the class. 
  • Weekly topic support/meetings (virtual):  We follow the natural science of weight loss discussing the basics of how calories burned and calories consumed effect your body composition. We will have a weekly topic that will focus on maximizing your nutritional and fitness success.
    Open discussions will also take place for topics such as emotional eating.  
  • Weekly virtual accountability Weigh Ins with your coach 
  • Professional Coach who cares about helping you reach your goals!
  • Online Challenge Group Access with 24/7 support! 
  • Daily motivation and inspiration to help build a strong mind to succeed.
