Nutrition/Fitness Support Group Program
Fat Attack is a 6 week program consisting of a 30 minute in person motivational support meeting and a calorie burning FUN fitness class designed to help you "ATACK THE FAT" you want to lose.  

Our New Year FatAttack program just ended!  Our spring program will be announced soon.

WHO can participate?
Any person 18 years of age or older who is interested in making a commitment to make positive changes to improve their healthy way of living.
Participant must be in good health to exercise. Seek approval from your physician if you are currently being treated by your doctor.

All Support Meetings and Fitness classes held at
Greenock United Methodist Church, 1213 Greenock Buena Vista Rd, Greenock, PA 15135

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Complete the Fat Attack Online Registration form and payment before the first day of the program.

If you attend any of my current fitness classes- $89 (save $10)
If you do not attend my classes - only $99

* To recieve class discount you must be registered for classes at Greenock UM Church, be an active member at Crunch Fitness or attend my class at Alba Fitness.  ​

Support/Nutritional Meeting

8:30 am - 9:00 am 
We follow the natural science of weight loss discussing the basics of how calories burned and calories consumed effect your body composition. We will have a weekly topic that will focus on maximizing your nutritional and fitness success. Open discussions will also take place. 

Each participant will have a confidential weigh in on week 1, week 3 and week 6.  

Fat Attack Fitness Class 

9:00 am – 10:00 am 
Increase the intensity of your workout and have fun doing it. The types of exercises vary, but you can expect circuit and interval strength training, plyometrics, agility drills and more. This class is designed to boost your energy, burn mega calories and work you through that weight loss plateau.
