One on One Personal Training  

Achieving and maintaining weight loss can be challenging.  Combining exercise and nutrition in a realistic, healthy way that encourages long-term success is my focus for each individual client.  Just like every person is different so is the nutrition and physical needs of each person. 

One on one sessions give you a personal approach to learning the skills to improve your fitness habits.  It allows me give you more personal attention and assit with areas of weakness in a more detailed manor.   

Your one on one coaching consists of:  

One Main Consultation session:
  • Discussion of your desired fitness goals
  • Design an exercise program tailored to your fitness level and fitness goals.  
  • Discuss any limitations and suggest way to overcome them.  
  • Calculate and Discuss your personal daily calorie needs to reach your healthy goals 
  • Body Composition Assessment (scale weight, body measurements and estimated body fat calculations)  
  • Development of a detailed strategic eating and drinking plan to assist with your fitness goals 
  • Discussion of timing your nutrition for maximum results, frequency of food intake and portion sizes
  • List of Suggested foods that will help you develop a balanced healthy diet to maximize your fitness program.  

Bi-Weekly or Weekly Sessions 
In order to get the best results, meeting with your coach 2 times per week is highly recommended.  If 2 times per week is not ideal, you must meet once a week to develop a consistent effective workout schedule. 
  • Perform a series of exercises designed specifically for your fitness goals
  • Set new weekly goals 
  • Journal your workout to keep track of progress
  • Review of your weekly food journal
  • Suggestions on ways to make improvements to get the best results 
  • weekly weigh in (optional) 
  • Monthly Re-Assesment of Body Composition Measurements 

Where is training held? 

During the cold weather months fitness training can be held at the following locations:  
  • Your Home (I bring the training to you - there is an up-charge when I come to your residence) 
  • My Home located in Liberty Borough. (you are given a discount when training is done at my residence)
