So I picked up one of their delicious sprouted grain bagels and made this mock up of their Egg White breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 sprouted grain bagel
1 whole egg
1 egg white
5 leaves of spinach
4 slices of Roma tomato

When finished place cooked egg, spinach and tomato on sandwich! Enjoy! This is a perfect prep day sandwich. Make the day before. Wrap, fridge or freeze and reheat when ready to eat. |
