Green Beans (about 4 cups - more if feeding big group)
1/2 bag of small red potatoes ( size B potatoes)
1/4 cup s;iced almond
1/4 cup dried fruit ( I used cranberries and cherries)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
salt to taste
heat over to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes in halves. Mix potatoes and green beans in bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Toss in dried fruit and almonds. Pour on cooking sheet, spread to allow one layer.
Cook in oven for 25 minutes, turning ingredients once or twice while roasting.
